I got my Visual Comfort pendants installed today and love them. I wanted to relay how good your service was and thank your live chat staff. I had jumped on live chat with a simple question and got critical product information that help me from making a costly mistake. I had gone to two other web sites and did not get the answer to my question. Lighttrends' live chat sales person was so knowledgeable I could not believe it!
